The MiniCMIT directional tube microphone offers the properties of a CMIT 5 in a compact design. The frequency responses of MiniCMIT, CMIT 5 and SuperCMIT (ch2) are identical. The MiniCMIT and CMIT 5 also have similar analogue electronics, so that the microphones can be interchanged without changing the sound.
For these reasons, the MiniCMIT, when used with digital transmitters such as the Audio Ltd. A10-TX recommended:
- -The MiniCMIT can be powered by P12, which is more power-saving.
- -The MiniCMIT features the latest version of the Schoeps RFI Shield, specifically designed and tested for this type of application.
